Structure of self-priming jet pump
There are still many structural types of self-priming jet pumps, among which vacuum pumps, dosing pumps, molten salt pumps, corrosion-resistant pumps, fire pumps, and gear pumps all flow in the direction of rotation. Then it joins with the water flowing out of the right backwater hole and flows along the volute. Due to the continuous impact of the liquid in the volute, it is continuously broken by the impeller, and it is strongly mixed with the gas to produce a mixture of steam and water, and the gas and water cannot flow and separate continuously. The mixture is peeled off by the tongue at the outlet of the volute and enters the separation chamber along the short tube. The gas is separated in the separation chamber and then discharged through the outlet pipe, and the water flows into the outside of the impeller from the upper and lower return holes.
The self-priming height of the self-priming jet pump is related to the sealing gap in front of the impeller, the liquid level height of the separation chamber, the pump speed, and other factors. The smaller the sealing gap in front of the impeller, the greater the height of the self-priming jet pump, usually 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm. When the gap increases, the efficiency head of the self-priming jet pump will decrease in addition to the self-priming height. Most self-priming jet pumps are matched to internal combustion engines and can be mounted on a mobile vehicle for easy outdoor work.
Application range of self-priming jet pump
(1) Self-priming jet pump can be used with any type and specification of filter press, and it is an ideal matching pump for donating slurry to the filter press during the process of filter press.
(2) Install the crank arm nozzle, and then disperse the flushing into the air into small water droplets for spraying. It is a good helper for orchards, farms, vegetable gardens, and nurseries.
